The Celebrations Ultra Premium Collection Boxes were released back in 2021 to commemorate Pokémon’s 25th anniversary. Each of these boxes contain 25 booster packs as well as 4 rare promo cards. This is a unique product because it was the very first time that Pokemon made metal promo cards. Both of the very first metal Pokemon cards were included in the Celebrations UPC!
